The problem was that they could not take any removable of microbes beyond the tiny samples required for scientific analysis. research as long as it does no harm to park resources or values. Prohibit removal of anything from the park. Its good because if a lab takes it and they can lie and do experiments on it and kill it. Bio researchers may try to harm animals in the park. Someone cant dress up like a bio researcher and take the animals. I think it is bad because animals if they need higher treatment they wont be able to get it. If there are species of something that does not belong bio researchers wont be able to remove it ti study it.that it could overpopulate.
